My phone was stolen while I was cleaning a mess at the gym and was secured in the cell phone holder on the equipment, I just received a notice from them as well saying that I had an unsecure premise as well. If the Police department determined it as a
legitimate case and that is their job, why would this company come to a conclusion it is irresponsible? I filed a claim through the Better Business Bureau. You can go on to the Mobile Device Protection website and click on file a claim with the BBB and I feel
if there's enough complaints they'll do something about it, sorry to hear about all of you as well. Marina
