Ordered springs/valves for PI motor on 1/31/2014. I never received the parts as of 3/10/2014. Even after multiple emails to their sales team and a promise to ship. Asked for tracking information and never got it. Filed a complaint with BBB on 3/10/2014
and asked for my money back. Got a call from business saying they see no issue since they refunded the money on the 11th and then threatening to contact all vendors and put me on some kind of bad buyer list. What a joke of a company! After the refund I was
going to drop the BBB case. Now I am going to send the mp3 of their phone call to the BBB and let them hear this harassment. I will post emails and mp3 here if they try to respond with some BS. Edit 3/19 Jason M. is obviously an employee with MMR. Who do these
guys think they are fooling.
