I had my car parked in an apartment complex with a permit in my window, wake up the next morning my car is gone. He (Moises Cerda) towed my car and "claims" I had altered the Parking Permit expiration. The apartment complex manager has no records of what Parking Permit she gives out and so it became a he said she said situation. I asked for proof and was told I would get pictures and never received them, the manager promised me she would call me back and never did. I KNOW WITHOUT A DOUBT that the parking permit was not altered by me, the manager shows her loyalty to the the tow truck company for reasons unknown but I believe she is being paid off because it cost me $275 to get my car back. I can not move out until my lease is up but I do guarantee that I will be further investigating this issue and collecting information from neighbors that have had the same issue happen to them as well.
