Finally a property management company that takes an interest in their clients. Ms. Muggee was so professional when she came to our property our board was blown away. We were not used to talking with a manager, let alone, a CEO who was so gracious and attentive to our issues.
She presented us with a very complete package and fair price for their services. She even gave us choices as to levels of service: financials only, financials or administrative, etc. for lesser costs if we chose to do some of the work ourselves and save some money.
We quickly signed up for a full service contract and could not be more pleased. She assigned a property manager to us who not only is also very gracious and knowledgeable, but he lives close to our complex and stops by often just to drop off reports or check on a contractor's work.
Muggee Management Company has been servicing our complex for more than a year now and we are ready to sign up for another year.
I recommend them highly.
