Wouldnt reccomend to a worst enemy. This dealership provided me with sheer embarassment.
I go, pick out a used car, love it, great price... Sounds great, right? WRONG. I sign all the contracts for a 8.99% apr (which is decent for a used car and being young), traded in the vehicle i was currently driving. Drove off the lot, Showed my new car off to all of my friends and family.
Then - I start getting delinquent notices on the car i traded in. I called them several times, The receptionist gave me the run around. This went on for days, Finally i got in contact with my sales person Judi (The only positive thing out of this expirience) She finally gets the Finance Manager to call me back - They say i need to come in because they couldnt find a bank to finance me, and that i needed to sign new contracts for a 20% APR! What? I have a signed contract, dmv information, everything signed by myself and Mullahey, and now they want me to re-write my contract because they jumped the gun and financed me at an impossible rate?
