My new car was recently involved in a hit and run accident at night. By next morning, I made a few phone calls and MAG was able to answer all of my questions with care instead of "here is another caller." They were able to expedite the process for me so much so that it took them a couple of days to get my car back to me in time so I can go to work. They not only answered my every question, but they were very courteous, professional, and caring. This is not your typical auto body shop. When I was in the shop, I noticed that a lot of high end cars were being customized and some were ready for pickup (they looked immaculate!). So, they obviously know what they are doing for people to trust their most expensive cars to be worked on by MAG. My personal experience was amazing with them! I didn't get the runaround like other places. They were aware that I need the car done ASAP and the date they promised to get it back to me was the date they delivered by. So I am very pleased with their overall service, professionalism, and cleanliness of their work. Highly recommend this shop for your car needs =)
