Multiproductos Customer service representative contacted me on my cell phone. They attractively elaborated on an package which seemed very convienient. However, after reviewing what they had sent I found that they had falsly advertised their products. I contacted them to get a refund of my monies but was rudely insulted and hung up by the customer service representative. I tried calling back, but the call rolled over to the fax machine where I were unable to leave a message. I proceed to email them and fax them with our concerns. Pia Silva returned the email mentioning that she/he would call us on 08/13/09 but we never received a call from them. I was compelled to file a complaint with the BBB in an attempt to solve the issue and get the merchandise returned and get my $299 credit to my account.
CONSUMERS PLEASE BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY. THEY CONTACT PRIMARILY PEOPLES WITH LATIN SURNAMES TO SELL THEIR PRODUCTS. I STILL DO NOT KNOW WHERE THEY GOT MY CELL PHONE NUMBER FROM.
