I was scammed by this company TODAY!
they called me saying they were calling from VISA and I was the winner of a $1000 dollars! They said my card was selected cause it starts with 4, (I found out after this that every single VISA card starts with 4) they had my card information and tricked me saying I won a bunch of stuff. (including an English course, watches and the money that is not even money is credit to spend on catalogs online!!
Right away I got a message from my bank saying my card was overdrawn so I realized they charged my card without even asking. I looked who did that and it was this company. Multiproductos Miami
I asked the "VISA PEOPLE" why I was beeing charged if I didn't authorized anything, and then they said I was beeing charged for tax fees for my award. How much $299. is not that the price of that english course? weeiirdd..
So I said to them, I don't want the award, I need my money on my account can I get it back? and they said no, and if I got a refund I was going to be charged $199 fee ???????? I spent like one hour on the phone with them going from one person to another all of them trying to convince me that I was WINNING!! and I should take their offer, when in reality I was paying for an english course, without asking for it, getting the free offers any buyer gets, on their website already offers coupons and watches, and beeing tricked thinking I was paying for an award taxes(yeah right)
be careful people, if you get a call from VISA, saying you won, don't give a damn and hang up!! Unless you want to be stock with english DVDs watches and coupons that you can only use who knows buying what.
I hope I get my money back.
