DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY! I purchased the environmental shield kit and was placed on a monthly regimen. After trying the kit out I spoke with a representative who stated that I could return my 2nd shipment. I returned the kit UNUSED. I received a collection notice from MURAD charging me $39.95. So now Murad is charging $39.95 and putting me into collection even though I have sent back the kit UNUSED. I spoke with Murad Customer Care today and he stated that they have received my package but did not give me a refund. Shortly after I spoke with the collection agency representative and she stated that MURAD never told them they received the kit. SHADY COMPANY THAT WILL TRY TO GET YOUR MONEY HOWEVER THEY CAN!!!
