This company is almost impossible to reach by phone - I have waited on hold for 1/2 hour anytime I have called - my mother originally purchased the intro package for me. I then ordered a 3-month supply, billed monthly at $54/month -but they kept billing her card. It wasn't entirely clear that the regular rate would be so much higher than the intro rate, either.
I called to have them switch billing over from her card to my card - so they did charge me, but kept billing her too($54 for her AND me in October 2010) - we have both called them (and both waited on hold for > 1/2 hour.)
Finally I asked them not to send the next product shipment - it was 10 days overdue anyway - so, they went ahead and shipped it anyway. Now I must return it, unopened, and naturally they will bill me (again) - as Cheryl in the other review says - DON'T GIVE THEM YOUR BANK ACCT OR CREDIT CARD # - this company uses dishonest billing practices and are nearly impossible to reach (Yes, I've tried email - no better.)
It is a fairly nice product, but overpriced when billed at its regular price, never mind when billed twice/double!
