CONSUMER WARNING*** I called MDL after hearing their radio ad. It was clear MDL is Bankruptcy mill. I spoke with Eli and he offered a reduced fee for hardship clients, but in turn wanted 1/3 of my monthly EDD check to pay off their fee before they would consider my case. I was not qualified yet for filing for Chp 7 as my monthly average is to high with EDD. Eli was rude and very unprofessional and said, "if you don't like our fee structure, take your business to another law group. Next!" it's sad that MDL treats their potential clients with such disrespect. I elected not to trust nor use them.
