I signed up for a $4.95 month. My card was charged $95.00. When I called customer service she would not offer a refund, and said I asked for a year (the $95.00 wasn't even the cost for a year so where did she even get that figure???) My credit card company would not reverse the charge because they were given a 'picture' of my card information, even though they didn't have a copy of my original request.
They were horrible to talk with, the woman actually lied outright. This is a scam, a rip off.
What it proves to me is that the allegations the the BBB gives A+ ratings to anyone who pays the money are correct. With all the terrible experiences people have received from this company there is no way they have an A+.
There needs to be a suite against them, I wonder how we would do that?
