Having been in the industry for 15 years, I can say that My living choice directory is a wonderful place where the residents are taken care of. The staff is very attentive to the needs of the residents, always pleasant and nice. They all say hi in the hallway, and assist when needed. From walking in Bobbi greets you at the door. Ursula is always on top of everything. She knows what is going on with everyone ALL the time. Even though she is bombarded with questions coming from everyone in the house and not, she is always nice and professional. She is easy to talk to, as are all the front office staff. Justin is friendly, and you will see him walking around helping to transport residents after meals, talking with residents, and even taking weights if needed. Nick is great with restorative care. Most facilities do not have restorative programs, and this facility is lucky enough to have this amazing Renew program. Mary is always outdoing herself with the fun and organized activities/outings/parties. The residents always have something to do, and look forward to it. The facility is always clean and looks beautiful.
