NA Shade & Associates maintains a "strategic partnership" with a horrible management company called UNC Community Management led by ex-cop Ron Shearer. NA Shade does minimal service at best.
At worst, he is actively supporting an oppressive management company. Search for "NorCal HOA Alliance" and/or "Boston Banksy" on FB and you'll be able to join the cause against predatory HOA management companies and their buddy vendors!
