NOD Consultants has been claiming they have been working on our loan modification since January 2011. We now have received for-closure notices and have 30 days to pay the reinstatement. NOD Consultants has not returned our calls/emails as they promised us they would. They will not offer a refund. We would like to gather as many people with us to begin a class action law suit against this company. I have contacted the BBB, Attorney General for MO and CA as well as the Division of Finance.
