Beware of National Appliance Network. We provided appliance repair for this company and they will not pay us. We received our first check unsigned. We returned the check only to get another check that ended up as NSF. National Appliance Network says they will make good on the payment but has yet to do so, Accounting department says they mailed replacement check a week ago and we still do not have it. In the meantime, we will not run service for them. Their customer service personnel has lied to at least one of their customers about us, saying we fired our technician and were not able to run service for a warranty samsung appliance. National Appliance also told this same customer that we were paid to do their work in advance and that we refused. Please do not use this company (National Appliance Network) They are not worthy of the BBB A- rating because they rip off the contractors and lie to their customers.
