Me, Myself and IRENE

I received one of the NALN's fliers in the mail and didn't pay much attention to it. A couple weeks to a month went by and I received another flier in the mail but this time I took the time to read through it. After I read through the flier I gave the NALN a call, and thats when it happened.....Ms. Irene picked up on the other end. To my amazement she made my day. She answered all my questions so I understood what I was getting into and how much lower my interest rate would be. She has saved me money by just lowering that.
I would call or text her on her days off because I tend to work a lot of hours and don't have many days off which makes things even harder to take care of. She never seemed to have a problem with me bothering her then either or so she said. I would hold on to her and have confidence in her knowing that things will get done and people who need help with loans will have a company to turn to. It lets you know that people really do care. It would be comforting knowing that I had an employee working for me that is as dedicated as she is. Thank you for the great experience.
