I was skeptical at first but Claudia was patient and very professional. My interest rate went from 15.99% to 5.24%. My credit rating was in the mid to high 600s, which is considered "fair" and my car is a 2004 BMW so I didn't hold my breath. I am SO glad I ignored my initial concerns and trusted the process. My loan was approved the 11th, I didn't respond until the 13th, the original docs made it back to NALN the 15th and my prior loan was funded the 20th. Supper fast. No payment for 3 months and thousands saved for the life of my loan. Definitely worth it...I already referred my co-worker.
