Bottom line: This "company" is a fraud. They make promises and ask for money in advance which is illegal in California:
"In California, it is unlawful for a foreclosure consultant to charge or accept any compensation until they have fully performed everything they represent they will perform."
One you ask them about why they do this, they will simply ignore you since they know they've been caught.
I wish someone could stop these people taking advantage of honest people in need of help. There are so many scammers like this out there.
