I tried working with this company for over a year. I almost lost my house to foreclosure and I would have if I would not have contacted my mortgage company in order to set up a payment plan. They sent me over to Tom Meadows who said that I couldn't have a refund because they were still trying to negotiate the terms of the modification even though my second mortage went to collections and I am way behind on the other. No modification is ever going to be done but they still refuse refund. Also they do not contact me anymore I have to contact them for any information.
