I am a current client with NSLS. I recently received notice of my annual renewal for lowering my monthly payment. I never received any correspondence from NSLS of any kind. I did however receive a notice from Fedloan Servicing that my payment would increase if I didn't resubmit my paperwork.
I reached out to NSLS to begin the process, sent in all the necessary documentation in May 2016. I was assured that they would take care of my account. It is now July 2016 and nothing has been done!!! I called NSLS several times and got NO answer!!
I had to take care of the situation myself!
So much for their account management and their customer service. I would never ever recommend their services to anyone ever again!!
