I've been watching this forum area, for 6 months ya I was scared, but I needed Help, I THOUGHT Nationwide was my way, I was sooooo wrong! They transfer you once a month to a different areas, then my last month (the negotiator) they contact the lender( mine is HFC ) trying to get them to do a Hardship... For 6 months lol. HFC, just laughs, they told them there not Helping no one, and they mean it. So after 6 months, I've wasted allot of money.. OHHHH ya and another thing They don't contact you, you have to call them, and my negotiator went on vacation with out letting me know.
Don't waist your time and stress, and money DON'T Do it if your Lender is playing hardball with you.
