I read the reviews and like most was kind of weary of seeking help, but seeing the position i was in I didn’t have much to loss and seeking help. I prayed on it and went through with seeking help with Nationwide Retention, and from the very beginning Eric Matthew was nothing but understanding and professional and walked me through the process. Whenever I had a question rather through email or the phone he responded immediately. After it was all said and done they were able to get my mortgage lowered with my mortgage company and a fresh start.
