A Great Experience and a Helping Hand When I Needed It Most

I had a really great experience with the Nationwide Retention Center, especially working with Eric Matthews. He was very patient, helpful, and understanding throughout the entire process. Eric worked hard to help me get caught up on my mortgage payments without having to come up with money that I didn’t have.
He made everything so much easier for me and took a lot of the stress out of the situation. He explained things clearly, answered my questions, and truly made me feel like he cared about helping me. Thanks to Eric and the Nationwide Retention Center, I was able to get back on track with my mortgage payments.
