I've purchased many of Nature's Flavors organic fragrance oils. The oils are great and smell wonderful. I make soaps for a living so when I requested a copy of Nature's Flavors organic certificate, I figured this was a simple request (I've received certificates from ALL of my other vendors with no problems or hesitations what so ever). To my surprise, Nature's Flavors said they would not send me a copy of their organic certificate per a "security policy." In order to verify their "organic status" as a handler, I checked with the USDA and they have no record of Nature's Flavors certification on their website that has a listing of ALL certified organic operations in the U.S. (http://apps.ams.usda.gov/nop/). I am very unhappy with the customer service of Nature's Flavors. Products are great. Service is horrible. (and I STILL don't have confirmation of whether or not they are actually a certified organic operation or handler)
