Long Delay for Orders
|
The customer service of this company is horrendous. We have been placing orders with Nature's Flavors for over a year and they are always backlogged. When we call, they can't seem to locate our orders and never ship the orders on time. As a manufacturer,
we are actively seeking another vendor for our flavors. I think the ownership prioritizes all their time and resources on sales and marketing does not invest in their customer service or operations. I'd advise using another flavor company.
