This company is on the net at neighbors moving and storage inc or moving & storage Inc. Web site is www.neighborsmoving.com they are a broker for movers.. They agree to your move date and send you all the forms and charge your credit card a deposit. Well we did this and the day before the scheduled move some moving company called us and said "we can't do it this day but the truck will pick up your stuff like 3 days later." Well that didn't fly as my daughter had to be in New York by a certain date. They also like to use a trick... They don't give you an exact date that your stuff will come to you... They give you a 30 day window..Well after we notified the company that wasn't going to work... We were on our own. I had to call the bank to stop the deposit payment.. And my daughter is now in new York and today she got a call regarding setting up a time for the truck to come to pick up her stuff... Hello its already in new York the move was cancelled. Called the company and of course no one would return my calls so after calling and talking to different people.. One person said oh.. Will put it into review... I said review all you want I stopped the payment and you need to cancel who ever is coming to pick up this stuff... This is not a company to plan any type of move with..They are just brokers
