This company is full of MISREPRESENTATION. We questioned how they made their money from day one before we decided to actually use them. They told us that they take 10% of whatever they settle the debts for as well as the $190 start up fee. We asked if there were any more fees and were told that was all. When we were almost finished with our payments they told us that they were going to be extended because they had to add in their 'RETAINER" fee. Of course we questioned this and they told us that it was being taken before the "REVIEW BOARD".
What a crock of bull. This company is LIES! Yes they did save us money but I have a feeling that in time we probably could have negotiated with the companies we were in debt to on our own and saved ourselves the hassle of dealing with this "business". This "RETAINER" fee has affected our whole family, and caused us many unnecessary stresses. My recommendation would be run for the hills and deal with the companies yourself. DO NOT go with them, no matter how nice the bait is that they dangle in front of you. In the end you will end up being LIED to and even more STRESSED OUT!!!
We even went as far as calling them and pretending to be new clients and asked about their fees and how they make their money doing this and AGAIN they lied to us with NO MENTION of their "RETAINER" fee.
So disappointed and disgusted with them. We thought we were going to be bettering our family and set a goal and dangled it in front of our children only to let them down. This has actually caused me to go into a depression. I cry all of the time because we have pretty much failed our children as a result of this companies LIES & MISREPRESENTATION.
