We were first referred to Net Resource Base, Inc. in 2004 when we had a significant restructuring of upper level management resulting in a need to migrate our web presence to another server and development platform.
The website we had at the time was written and published using a proprietary software platform from Witango that was not easily transported and had relatively few people who were familiar with it.
Nick Biren at Net Resource Base, Inc. took care of all of the logistics, hardware, software and other resource management requirements and had our site up and running on an interim server in an impressively short time frame while also preparing a Linux compatible server for the final site.
Net Resource Base continued to manage our web server and our email accounts for several years, even assisting where needed to help us transition to an in-house Exchange server for email in 2009.
Regardless of what has been requested from them, Net Resource Base has always taken care of it in a timely and professional manner.
Performance and reliability have been key factors in our continuing to do business with Net Resource Base. Since 2004 the number of outages and incidents can be counted on the fingers of one hand and durations can only be counted in terms of minutes.
The only potentially negative thing we can highlight is the fact that Net Resource Base runs with a very small staff and may not have been as readily accessible as we would have liked at times. On a plus note, we always worked with the same person who knew our operation in detail.
We sense a level of integrity with Net Resource Base, Inc. which is reassuring and comforting.
