After being a member for a year and making promptly payments, netflix cut my service off for not being able to make one payment on time. I lost my debit card and my bank is going through a name conversion; therefore, instead of 7-10 days, is taking about a month for me to receive the new one. I don't have any other way of making a payment and netflix refuses to keep my account active until they receive a payment. I think that the lack of customer service will cost them a lot of customers, I'm very disappointed and I've cancelled my account.
