I want to complain about the Billing cycle. I was bill on December 6th 2010 & was re billed December 31st 2010.I did not get my full 31 days of service. being billed one week sooner.I disagree with it.I was angry. the is 31 day service. they should have re billed me on January 6th 2010 or one day earlier would have been fine. thanks
