I have been an fan of Netflix for couple years and had no problems until recently. I am disabled and was encouraged by may attorney to get the Direct Express card which is like a debit card from Social Security. Netflix does not accept these cards and was told by the service representative they do not want the trouble of signing up for the service. I am very upset that they appear to not care enough about senior citizens or people who are disabled like myself to take the trouble to sign up. Of all the companies, I had switched from debit card to Direct Express, Netflix is the only one who refused to take this card.
