I have been with Dreamhost for over 2 years now and have received nothing but awesome service from them. I can't attest to a certain uptime percentage, but everytime that I have tried to access my website it has been up. Customer Service is always snappy and knowledgeable and all of the services that are integrated with the hosting plan (the cheapest one) are a breeze to install.
At first I thought their panel was weird, but as soon as you get used to it, it is hard to go back to anything else.
