My honest thoughts about Dreamhost is great. I've been with them for about a year and within that year, I host a large forum and about 20 other sites. Their user interface is friendly. In dealing with customer service, I had asked them about 10 questions on different occasions and received an answer from 1-12 hours. I even had one of their support techs help reprogram a script for me, which is above and beyond for me. Sites are rarely down and I'm impressed with the features they have. I've hosted with many other shared hosts and Dreamhost is simply the best for me.
