I heard an add for this company on the radio in the DC area. I called and spoke to Ryan at extention 801. This guy was the most fast talking, high pressure sales person I have ever dealth with. Over a series of several discussions he made numerous false statements about the process and the results i could expect. He also called me continuously and tried to pressure me to sign documents without answering my questions or addressing my concerns.

I have never been treated this way and would ABSOLUTELY NOT RECOMMEND DEALING WITH THIS COMPANY. When I called back to voice my concerns to management Ryan transfered me to his coworker. He also beraded me and told me no one at his company wants to work with me.

I plan to put the local radio station that ran the add and the financial regulatory authorities on notice so others do not have to be treated this way.

This is not a client of New Path Financial. I have personally reviewed all conversations and recordings with this client and have not found any wrongdoing by any of our staff. Client seemed to have become upset after we decided not to offer our services to him. New Path Financial reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. This allowes us to rule out clients who do not belong in the progrom due to their financial situation or other factors. After all, this is a financial hardship program.
