The lady who runs Newport Furnishings seems to be helpful and kind through the ordering process, but please BEWARE that if your ordered item is not up to your standards, she becomes very rude, and offers very little to amend the situation. Absolutely no refunds/returns seems to be their policy, and she blames everything on the company she orders from. My biggest frustration is when companies have very poor customer service. I was hung up on over the phone on two different occasions. We don't even want to keep trying to fix the problems with our couch, because dealing with this person isn't worth the hassle, unfortunately.
