Some of the worst customer service I have ever seen in my life...either you get an automated letter saying they can't help you, or they ignore you.
They blocked my account from buying NX, then they basically called me a fraud: "....The error you received was because your transaction failed the verification process of our security system. When charging your Nexon Passport account with NX make sure you are using real information and are not misrepresenting yourself or your payment method in any way. The use of a proxy service to get around region blocks as well as false PayPal account information will be detected and will be used as a basis to deny the attempted charge as fraudulent."
My information was accurate, so I thought I could talk to someone in billing and resolve the issue. I said I am not falsifying anything, is there anyway we can get into contact so I can prove this? Thier response:
"Unfortunately, we will not be able to assist you. Please be advised our system is working as intended. Our verification system has several security checks, but these are proprietary information. As such, we cannot give full details on this matter nor will we be able to lift the restriction on this account."
Effectively, they blocked me from buying NX in the only way I can, called me a fraud, and refused to try and work anything out. Nice considering I have payed a decent amount of money to get where I'm at now.
This is on top many other issues, such as removing custom key binds completely from the game randomly, constant patch problems that make you re-patch the game dozens of times, doing events that promise rewards, and never getting them...second one for me they did that too...it just goes on.
Summary: buyer beware, DO NOT give this company your money, they will take it, then do you wrong.
