I'm surprised Nexon is still in business and publishing free to play online games. I honestly am.
I mostly played their online game Mabinogi for a couple years but recently stopped because they do a horrible job moderating this game and the customer service is bad. The game has been having problems with hackers and modders "duping" (duplicating items by messing with the packets in the game's file) in order to have multiple items and in-game currency to give them an advantage in the player economy, but this messes with the in-game economy. This problem has been going for I think maybe weeks or months and they haven't done anything productive until recently, in which they rolled the server back to a few days, making every player have to work hard for things they obtained that they lost from the rollback. I appreciate that they finally did something, but they shouldn't have rolled the server back. The rollback has caused more problems for innocent players. And the hackers haven't been banned at all. I think it would just be better if they completely I.P. ban the actual hackers and wiped only all of the in-game money the hackers were creating, but Nexon does a terrible job at dealing with hackers disrupting their games. That's why I left Maple Story a long time ago.
My final verdict is to avoid all of their games at all costs. That can't maintain their games with fair customer service and let hackers run rampant. I do appreciate one thing they do and that is they keep their games up to date as much as possible but that doesn't matter if the game is full of
