been with nexon since dfo was in beta, and i'm really disappointed at how the customer service went downhill. maybe they're going through some hard times but that's no excuse to tell us, the players, huge lies about their progress when it comes to fixing bugs. and the downtime compensation for every bug is pathetic. the only company with worse customer service in my humble opinion is sony online entertainment and their ever famous star wars galaxies failure, and even they did a better job with the playerbase than nexon's doing now. get a grip nexon. you're losing us. pretty soon there's gonna be a sign on nexon's website from all the players who left: R.I.P nexon.
