I bought a GPS from this company and it did not work properly so I called them and ask them to get the unit repaired. First they were asking $25 S&H plus I have to pay for the original shipment. I thought it is unfair to pay extra for something which I have paid with full amount and they agreed to waive the $25 S&H but refused to pay for the original shipment. I took the case to BBB and the company was giving me the same response. Finally they just gave me no response and the case was closed.
One fact is that they did replace me a working unit.
I will not buy any product from this Nextar Inc. in the future and do not recommend it to anyone. You can find the rating for this company on BBB's website is "D".
