Ning customer support is basically non-existent. Most of their features have many bugs / errors.
At this point in time, my site http://isesh.com is unable to be altered in appearance.
The CSS that Ning accepted when my site was created is now unable to be changed and Ning support simply says "we were unable to reproduce the problem" then ignores me.
This company is TERRIBLE. Do not do business with them.
