Collin was very helpful and easy to work with; he explained what I was buying and an estimated market value (actual value based on market at time of transaction). I would have preferred a little more timely updates but he explained that they had an unusually busy week when I placed my order. We'll see if things improve on my next order. I definitely will order again and highly recommend Collin and Noble Gold. We received our order in good time and are extremely satisfied.
