In risk of foreclosure

I was at risk of foreclosure and was led to Non Profit alliance , the first person I spoke with was roxanne who was very kind , helpful and quick . I was assigned a processor , Maria Ruiz, she was very helpful and thorough , she called to continuously to update me on any information regarding my case or the lender and stayed on top of the lender so the sale date would be postponed(which it was 3 days before), I wasn't easy to get ahold of most time because of work so she made sure to text and email me as well to give me information . I am still in the process with my lender but after a year of going back and forth with them on my own, there has finally been a break thru with Maria and non profits help .
