I hired Novateck to install my tile and have been dealing with a headache since... Their work is FAR FROM PROFESSIONAL!!! They damaged NUMEROUS tiles during installation and the grout was not applied correctly and has to be redone. Novateck refuses to return my phone calls or answer my emails.
I am now taking legal action against them...
