Novateck was hired to install tile in a bathroom. The job came out horrible and completely unprofessional. It was so bad, when the foreman saw the job, he said that he would be back out to completely redo the sloppy work. That day came and went and now the owner of the company refuses to communicate with me. I am seeking action against the company.
