Dear Sirs,
We first dealt with Ocean Air Conditioning and Heating of Laguna Niguel in May, 1976, when we purchased a flat–roofed home with no attic areas, and we knew air conditioning was now a part of our life. Fortunately a neighbor recommended Ocean Air.
Since then we have moved into one new house and two older ones, and each time we called on Ocean Air to install or upgrade heating and air conditioning.
We have always found them prompt, courteous, reasonably priced, and the quality of their work has been excellent: building inspectors who came to check out installations praised the quality of the workmanship.
Last summer in the midst of a prolonged hot spell, our air conditioner died. In spite of the heavy call for their services at the time, Ocean Air took care of our problem the day we called for help.
After thirty-four years of dealing with this company, we have no qualms about recommending Ocean Air of Laguna Niguel to friends and neighbors who may need their kind of services, and we are confident that they will share our positive experience with this company.
