If you need your air conditioner and/or furnace serviced or replaced and you are looking for a company that is prompt, friendly, knowledgeable, courteous and honest, please call Ocean Air. After leaving a message, I was called back promptly and an appointment was set up for the very next day. John arrived on time. He was a pleasure to deal with. There was no high pressure to make a sale. No scare tactics were used (which is what I experienced with another company). He got my furnace up and running right on the spot. He told me he would get me a proposal for a replacement unit within a few days. I received it in my email the following morning. Their pricing is competitive. Thanks Maureen and John for helping me out so quickly. I highly recommend Ocean Air. You will not be disappointed.
