Ocean Air is the best and Tim the service mgr ROCKS!!!
Our furnace stopped working on a cold Friday in January around noon and by Saturday (the next day) at 10am the problem was diagnosed and a new one was installed.
We are so thankful for Tim and Chris at Ocean Air and their expertise, professionalism, caring for the customer and dedication to getting it right the first time, as well as an unbelievable turn around time for installing a new unit. In less than 24 hours and we had hot air in the house.
The old Rheem lasted 17 years, but besides the ignition device which broke and the vent motor on it's last leg, after the old unit was removed Tim and Chris showed us a big crack on the heat exchanger which could have caused a fire and a much bigger problem than no heat for one night. We now have a much quieter and more efficient Lennox unit, plus a thermostat with nice large numbers and backlights to see the temp easier.
Thank you Tim, Chris and Ocean Air for excellent service! We highly recommend others use you for the live customer service help on the phone, an awesome response time, good honest advice on the solution to the problem, fantastic customer service on finding a new unit, and the super quick installation time, as well as no high sales pressure. Caring for your customers really shows.
