Excellent FHA streamline refinance experience

Mike Rosenfeld contacted me on the phone when rates were low recently. I was skeptical of being contacted and he forwarded me reviews and references and gave me time to check on them. On the whole I saw that the company worked hard for business and did a quality job. Mike stated that he would exceed my expectations by the time the refinance was complete. In the end, the whole process took a few phone calls and emails, worked around my busy schedule and completed within 30 days. I got a great rate due to his working late at night to get forms submitted on my behalf. He helped apply credits to paying flood insurance, all the closing/admin fees (no out of pocket), and even applied the extra to paying down principal on my home. I was simply amazed at the generosity and speed at which they worked. I will be recommending him to people I know. This is my third home and third refinance, so 6th mortgage experience in all.
