We did a Re-Fi with Mitch and his team and it was very easy. Everything was set up and ready to go quickly and correctly. No surprises. The best part was that I actually got started with the paperwork several months ago and then changed my mind. Need to
get some other ducks in a row. Mitch was totally cool. Accepted my decision and followed up later as I suggested he should. Then we completed the Re-FI. Great experience - I have recommended him to friends.
